So ive had a feel for UB touch and PHOSH. I think UB is pretty great, but i think the PHOSH ui is pretty terrible. Personal preference, admittedly. Plasma looked awesome though. Havent tested it yet because from all the threads here i can infer plasma builds have less working, and devs have stopped working on a lot of them. What's the reason for this? If we could port whats working between Mobian, Arch and UB and put it on plasma we'd have the perfect phone!
Whats happening to plasma?

I haven't tested Plasma Mobile either, but from what I hear, Phosh has more features, which is why it is more widely adopted.
Currently Plasma Mobile is available on PostmarketOS, KDE Neon and Manjaro. There is also interest in adding it to Mobian: http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?t...4#pid75454

I've tried plasma-mobile on Manjaro Arm and PostmarketOS and it's really fast and smooth. It's really to try it out on Manajro Arm and I'm hoping that Manjaro chooses plasma-mobile as their default UI (User Interface): https://osdn.net/projects/manjaro-arm/storage/pinephone/plasma-mobile/

I gotta be honest, it was tiring trying to test 3 distros all running Phosh, monotonous if nothing else(08-26-2020, 01:55 PM)Cree Wrote: So ive had a feel for UB touch and PHOSH.
