How to Disable on-screen Keyboard?

Another newbie question... so I'm still playing around with my new keyboard - how do I disable the on-screen keyboard from popping up, I don't need it and it really gets in the way. I've run a search here but couldn't see anything. Running stock Manjaro/plasma mobile.

If anyone looks here hoping to find the answer for Phosh it is Settings -> Accessibility -> Screen Keyboard.

BUT
Remember to turn the 'on-screen keyboard' back on > BEFORE removing the keyboard !
