Is it normal, that the modem (wifi and SIM) isn't working when booting with removed batterie ??

could pls someone try booting without batterie (onyl with power via USB wire) and check if wifi / mobil network is working ??

Yes, it is normal. WiFi and battery is powered directly from the battery, as stated in the Wiki.
