Is there a guide to using the PADI-Server serial console adapter?

Hi Folks,
I have a RockPRO 64 that won't boot off of any eMMC image. I have the serial console adapter, but there's no information to indicate how it should be used. Is there a guide out there that's I've just not found? Thanks, Tim
