FedEx top up

I've got an email asking for a top up for FedEx shipping services.
I didn't see any info on this when I was making payment, so I'd like to confirm that that's the case and everyone is aware of this.

If you look at the original order it does say that there may be import duties. This is what FedEx are collecting here (I had to do the same in the UK but it was DHL).

Yeah, I don't mind paying this.
I'd just would like that the information on this would be provided beforehand and wouldn't be a surprise for anyone.
