Alternative Designs or Materials for the Back Cover?

Presently I have 2 Pinephones.  I'd like to pack some custom electronics into the phone rather than rely on the USB connector.  The USB is nice, but basically I'm searching for some kind of customized back case that is large enough to pack in an additional circuit board or sensor.

Alternatively, if there are any CAD files for the official case, then I could use them to try and 3D-print what I have in mind.

Any thoughts on where to start?

Thanks!  I will see if this one is available, and possibly try it out later.

There's also a fair chance I'll make a cutout in one of my spare back covers and then cover it with more plastic.  It won't be pretty, but it's an alternative.
