No connection to internet without wifi :/

Hello 
I received my pinephone pro in February 2022.

I installed postmarket os and it works pretty well, except for one thing:
I can't connect to the internet without wifi. In other words, as soon as I leave my house, I no longer have access to the Internet.
I looked in the settings and there, I checked "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming".
In the advanced settings > Access Point Names, I chose the one that seems to me to be the one that corresponds to my provider… nothing helps.

Any ideas?

  You need to add (+) your carriers exact APN information,  it should be available from your carriers website.
as an example for Pure Talk :
Name :  Pure Talk
APN :  RESELLER

This needs to be added,  NOT by editing an existing APN as it will just return to its original state with each reboot.

Entering the APN as above will allow you to connect to data,  but you will need to add more info for mms text.
This varies per Distro and per carrier.

I haven't checked for mms yet, but for internet it works.

I think some of the operating systems are very close to making mms work "out of the box"
*** (It does work now on some operating systems with a little tweaking)

For now just the first 2 lines are needed for cellular data to work.
We will need to add a little more info in settings (Access Point Names) when we finally do use the mms.
