hi

can you ship Community Edition: Manjaro with Convergence Package" Limited Edition to Norway? 
and will it work in Norway? (operating frequency bands)
will there be any additional fees for customs if you send it to Norway?

You have to order the phone by itself, there is a lot of paper work involved with shipping things with lithium batteries...

The lithium battery comes with it. But because it has one, the pinephone or pinetab can only be ordered and shipped by itself. Any other items, such as screen protector or case must be made in a seperate order.
