And what link are you talking about? If you're talking about the images here, it literally has the UI right in the file name.

The terminal not showing up is an issue in phosh itself. hasn't been fixed yet. Current workaround is installing gnome-terminal.
There will be a new image pushed Soon which has a 5.6 kernel, I'll add both terminals to that one.
