How exactly do I order a Pinebook?

It seems I am required to create a community account to purchase one, however, I am now told I do not qualify to purchase one either. 

Is there a guide somewhere?

It is currently out of stock until further notice, but in general there is the shop where you can buy it:

Where are you located? Some countries like Russia I think are not covered by Pine64 for some logistical reasons.

Maybe you could also find someone here willing to sell you a second hand one. If you are EU based, I might be willing to sell you mine (ISO version, near mint condition, 128gb emmc upgrade).
