Everyone has their assigned job, tllim has been doing a great job of answering questions from the forum, but tllim can't answer specific questions about specific orders because that's someone else's assigned job. The people he's referring everyone to can't answer because there are tens of thousands of orders to fulfill, and it's quite difficult to find one order out of 35,000+.
I agree that we aren't getting answers for a lot of the stuff we want to, but i've accepted the idea that it'll be like that until the Kickstarter orders get shipped out. I'd love to get answers on a lot of stuff, like "when's my order shipping?" and "where's my tracking number", but it's kinda difficult for a small group of people to answer everyone's individual question. I'm not too stoked about KS fulfillment procedures so far, but it can't be good to spam emails. Be patient. A lot of orders have already been sent out, but tracking numbers have yet to be updated individually to everyone's backerkit. I wouldn't be surprised if some receive their board before their tracking number
