Sorry to hear about your issues. You should be able to recover from this by simply booting from SDcard and fdisk the emmc , remove existing partitions and make a new single empty partition. Once done you should be able to boot from SDcard and re-install to the emmc.
That said not sure what you did to get to you situation so this may not apply in all cases.
I would suggest you post your full experience in the Armbian forum if you would like more assistance, there are a lot of smart people there who can probably help you get things working again.
