For those interested, thanks to https://github.com/jaredmcneill/quartz64_uefi it is possible to boot FreeBSD stable 2022_feb_03 without specific patches.
You will have to put the edk in a sd card, and the FreeBSD installer in usb.
Unfortunately there will be no Ethernet support out of the box, but you get hdmi output. If you need internet connectivity I guess that a usb to ethernet adapter should work, I tested with my phone as an usb modem and it work well.
