Only if the Pine64 guys talk with Windows guys, to get a working version.

Many would be interested in windows.. It is after all the most used os
Otherwise it's just linux, that is supported.. Unless you get apple's permission for mac os I belive windows 10 is free for any device with screen <9"

Yeah, Windows 10 IoT is a development environment for making Internet of Things devices, not a true operating system.
Microsoft support for ARM-based devices is limited, they usually use Intel processors for most things. They did experiment with ARM for a while but it seems to have largely fallen out of favour. In addition to Linux, for the Pine A64 there will also be of course the Android OS and Remix OS.

Just to note, here's a video i found of Microsoft apparently using Windows on an ARM processor.

Unfortunately that video was made back in 2011, during Microsoft's experimental phase with ARM. Their focus has switched away again since then... As one of the comments to that video says: Event Handler It's now 4 years later and nothing of that stuff which is shown in the video is available...

Yeah... it's a real shame. But i'm sure that if Pine64 shows interest with Windows 10, Microsoft might give support. I certainly hope so, anyways.
