VoLTE and VoWiFi

Pinephone support for these two features may be more critical than anticipated. According to the following article, T-Mobile has announced they will be turning off their 2G and 3G networks in 2021. Verizon is already doing so, AT&T apparently is accelerating their plans to shut down their 2G/3G to this year.

Well I just got my answer in another thread - VoLTE is on and running and whitelisted on Verizon! No way to control it, which could explain the excessive battery drain some are having and heat build up. When I was using VoLTE last, battery would drain 20-30% faster. But it's a great start!
