Booting and re-booting

Hello all, first thread here

I have been using my v1 Pinceil for a few months, and have been loving it.
I've been connecting it to a 12v DC adapter and had no issues thus far.

Lately, my pencil have been shutting down while warming up, so I thought that it was done for and ordered me a v2 Pinecil.
Upon connecting the v2, the same thing happens. I can enter the configuration mode, and setup everything but as soon as the warm-up stage starts, it re-boots.

I've tried replacing the DC adapter - same result, same for trying out different tips and also different electric sockets.

Any ideas?

Looks like supply supply under power. Please try out 12V 3A and above power supply or getting a 65W PD charger.
