Lenny has Ubuntu 14.04 rootfs available on his site: https://www.pine64.pro/downloads/
You may want to start by checking longsleep's git: https://github.com/longsleep/build-pine64-image
You can find me on IRC, Discord and Twitter

Ubuntu 14.04 does not make much sense as the arm64 support there is not very mature. Why would you even want to use 14.04 when there is 16.04 readily available?

Because on 16.04 I cannot run teamspeak 3 server and on 14.04 I could (not on pine64 but I could have run it). If you could help me run the server on 16.04 that would be great. (:

You can not run Teamspeak 3 on arm64 while you were able to run it on armhf or even x86. This is totally unrelated to the Ubuntu version in question. Please read the last sentence here: http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?t...d=72#pid72

You need an x86 emulation anyway and there is none for arm64 that would be performant enough. 64 bit is twice as much as 32 bit but not better in every regard Wink

(my emphasis above)

The guys at TeamSpeak have made it pretty clear that they have no plans on making TeamSpeak Server ARM compatible. Consequently, you need some sort of emulator that will allow x86 code to run on ARM(64). On the Raspberry Pi front (and a lot of other 32bit ARM devices), Elbrus Tech would love you to buy their emulator at $27 a device, and have a nice guide on getting TeamSpeak Server working with their emulator. However, someone else has commented that you can use QEMU to do the necessary emulation, but this was on a CubieTruck, which is again a 32bit ARM platform (and took a while for TeamSpeak to start up).

Unless QEMU is able to emulate x86 on aarch64, I don't fancy your chances. I won't be trying that myself, as if I wanted audio on linux/ARM, I'd be looking at using Mumble! Unfortunately, that doesn't help you... so good luck! Wink
