My telephone do not work properly. When I make a call
In the other phone it is received but when connect there is an intermittent sound and unable to speak. Can you help?

what o.s., user interface, and versions.

try updating or newer image.

why do i have feeling, this might be related to volte. do you have volte? simple way to test that is to use 4g only (or 3g only).

Well, It is the PPP Explorer Edition with Manjaro Mobile Plasma. It is updated
And do not know if it is equipped with volte. I already filled a ticket to support.
