input method headache
#1
Tried out several distros still prefer arch way, however input method prevent me from using it.

  • input cursor at browser, terminal and alike usually not triggering input frame show up
  • CJK still a headache

Personal feeling that fcitx or ibus not perform as expected as usually does on PC.
Ubuntu Touch seems a bit good at this. If arch could polish it, then it would be a better choice. Could the team or someone help? Appreciate it.

so far I find Ubuntu Touch and OpenSuse image did a better job on input method especially CJK performance, however using latter image I cannot make calls (receiving is OK). Mark.
