As a new user of mobian, would anyone like to recommend some of their favorite apps they use?

Check out LINMOB's and the Mobian wiki's lists of apps for a good overview of apps and their mobile compatability.

I wrote a reminder app that I really like because the gnome-calendar has really small buttons and is slow. So if you are someone who uses calendar events frequently feel free to check it out!

I usually install the  'Modem Manager GUI'  App,  it is a quick and easy way to clean the occasional MMS text that get stuck in the Modem cache.
