I have edit the wiki with table for GPIO

According to pgwipeout, pin 7 right now is likely to just be a regular GPIO (GPIO0_A0), as he has been unable to actually get CPU_REFCLK_OUT from there. You can try this hypothesis by wiring an LED through a 220 Ohm resistor between it and GND, and then running gpioset 0 0=1 but this probably all depends on your device tree and kernel you're running.

Some more notes on the GPIOs I've written up based on the schematics a while ago:
  • pin 3 (I2C3_SDA_M0): can be pwm, pulled high to 3.3V through 2.2kOhm resistor
  • pin 5 (I2C3_SCL_M0): can be pwm, pulled high to 3.3V through 2.2kOhm resistor
  • pin 12 (UART0_TX): can be pwm
  • pin 14 (UART0_RX): can be pwm
  • pin 18 (SPDIF_OUT): low-pass filtered with cutoff of 220 MHz

I might add those as notes to the wiki table later when I get the time.

It's also important to note that these are the GPIO bus assignments for the Model A. But we can do the wiki formatting distinction when the Model B ever sees the light of day.
