That's interesting. FC is flow control. OFF with Pine64+ and TX/RX with the other device. Can you please monitor flow-control status on Pain64 side using 'sudo mii-tool -v' (might require an 'apt-get install net-tools' first). Would be interesting what both sides report when connection works and when not. Thanks.
