Does the calling and SMS work when the phone is in CRUST deep sleep?

How does one know if it's deep sleep ?

My calling + sms stops working after , black acreen ... ie. 5 min inactivity on the phone .

Needs a reboot to function again , until next "sleep" ...

But if you make calls/sms right after reboot , before ever sleeping.

Calls work w. audio , both ways

You ping the phone's ip. IF there's no response, it's in deep sleep.
