Failed to add storage device message

Hi,
I updated my braveheart last night to stable build 6 and I am getting the error message (twice) Failed to add storage device, make sure the storage device device is formated correctly.
I am booting SD card and didn't get this message before.

I am wondering what may be causing this.

I just started getting this error message too. Never used to happen but after OTA 180 or something i started getting the same error on every fresh boot and for each consecutive update since.
