Is it just Android 6 that runs on the 1080P Pinebook or does Android 7 run on 1080P Pinebook too?

The Pinebook Android 7 build is a community build by ayufan. He has provided the source code and welcome any developer interest to pick up to continue update and beyond.

On the stock Android front, I will explore on whether create an Android 8 build for Pinebook and 1080P Pinebook.

I am new to the Pinebook and wondered if I had missed something as I could find Android 6 for 1080P but not 7.

Android 8 would be very welcome if it is possible to build it for the Pinebook.

I'm interested in trying my hand at getting ayufan's 7.1 image working on the 1080P. Aside from the LCD module (and I'm assuming controller,) are there any other changes?
