GPIO extension cable fault

Sorry for the long time since last reply!

well... I can confirm two things now:
1) this issue is caused by something connected on GPIOs mentioned by pfeerick (from32 to 40 in PI-2) (thanks for the advice!!)
2) this exists only if running from SD, if running from eMMC I may connect everything on all GPIO without problem!

Hm... interesting... I think it's more than just something connected as I was able to reproduce that without anything connected to the ribbon, but I'm glad you resolved your issue regardless Happy hacking!

Sorry for misunderstood, I was meaning that this happens when wire only ( as you suggested I've tried with single wire instead of ribbon) are connected to GPIO pin from 32 to 40 and nothing is connected on other side, other pins are not involved in this issue.
I've not encountered this issue  using eMMC.
