DC plug length
#1
Hello,

Can anyone please tell me the length of the DC plug? I know the outer diameter is 5.5 mm and the inner diameter is 2.1 mm, but I can't find the length (or even a part number for J11 that I could check, since there's no BOM published).

Hi, I just measured the plug on one of the power supplies I use for it and the part that inserts into receptacle is a bit under 10mm. Looking around, it seems like 10mm is the common length for this type of plug's insertion portion.

Thanks.  I wasn't sure if it was the typical 9.5 mm or something else like 10 mm.

It's ⅜". Exactly 0.375 inches, or 9.525mm.
