I burned an SD card and checked the filesystem on the EMMC. It's fine.

root@rockpro64:~# fsck.ext4 /dev/mmcblk2p1
e2fsck 1.46.5 (30-Dec-2021)
armbi_root: clean, 62545/465120 files, 773907/1863680 blocks
root@rockpro64:~#
