No CIFS support in Kernel?

as longsleep stated.

Simply execute the following

sudo -i
resize_rootfs.sh
reboot

on next boot

sudo -i
pine64_update_uboot.sh
pine64_update_kernel.sh
reboot

tada you are now up to with the the kernel/uboot/and using up the full extent of your sd card Wink
