Hardware fix for the screen backlight flicker

After further analysis, there seem to be certain inconsistencies between the released schematics of different PinePhone revisions and the actual backlight control circuits found on the respective revisions of the PinePhone main boards.  For example, R1117, R1118, R1119, R1120 and C1110, which are all part of the backlight control circuit in the released revison 1.1 of the PinePhone schematic (see the second attachment in my post above), are nowhere to be found in the released revision 1.1 of the main board component placement.

However, additional analysis is required before drawing any final conclusions.
