So as a trial (on my v2.2 Clusterboard), I jury-rigged the R351 3.3V port to the battery compartment's + connector and the - port to the other end of the R351 section, and it seems reboot fine now. Pretty cool what a bit of dumb wire can fix Wink Needs a ATX power supply though.
