I have tested the phone as the factory requested and they are having me ship the phone back for repair possibly a wiring issue.  Thanks for all the input
I found some that may work, on walmart . com of all places Smile  . I've removed the speaker and noticed a nice gouge in the foil like cone part. When they arrive and I get one installed I'll post the result here.
