There's no need to seed manipulated/crappy/bloated OS images that contain more bugs than the real OS images. It takes me less than 40 seconds to download the original Xenial OS image containing latest fixes:

Using these images only makes fixing bugs harder. And the more OS images will follow the worse it gets.
And BTW: did you already notice who and how bugs are fixed? Puh...
