The A64 datasheet stated supports PC-1333 DDR3, NOT LPDDR3 !
According to the A64 datasheet (p.7):

Quote:SDRAM
Compatible with JEDEC standard DDR2/DDR3 /DDR3L/LPDDR2/LPDDR3 SDRAM
Support clock frequency up to 667MHz(DDR3-1333)

Does Allwinner provide any specs on what is its max clock for LPDDR3? If not, should we assume that 624MHz is going to be the max speed possible for the LPDDR3 RAM?
