It is disappointing, but I do not think it's much the fault of the Pine64 guys. It's probably a result of the Covid crap, or DHL (In my case) not doing the hand off to USPS efficiently.
I'm in the same boat with you on the Convergence package. The doc, more ram all the little things had me second guessing my UBPorts purchase Smile .. Eventually I want to find a replacement for my Pixel 2XL, I was hoping that tinkering with the PinePhone it would give me a much needed distraction from spendy phone shopping Smile ..
