On macOS, I get a strange output, does someone know how to fix it?

Here is what I did:
stty -f /dev/tty.usbserial-1420 115200
screen /dev/tty.usbserial-1420 115200


If I try that:
stty -f /dev/tty.usbserial-1420 150000
I get that:
stty: tcsetattr: Invalid argument
