Since the austrian customs couldn't get any information from pine64 they now sent a letter to me (3 weeks later). Now I have to proof what the phone's cost really is. THis is a really tedious procedure don't you think?
Same happened to me. Fortunately, my phone only stuck for a couple of days before I received the letter, where I was asked to send the receipt and proof of payment.

Since I replied to customs, another week has passed... When did you receive yours?
On the 24th. 10 days after I send the the documents.
Do you happen to know why all the tracking information is gone now (screenshot attached)? I sent the payment confirmation and the invoice to the customs office and a week later all tracking info is gone.
