Trying to update kernel

I installed Bionic Containers aarch64 (DockerCE & Kubernetes) [microSD / eMMC Boot] [0.7.9] image.  I'm booting from a microSD.  I must be missing something obvious, but I can't boot to a different kernel.


The kernel install looks good.
