from me will definitely be a response when I get board,
it will be in the metal casing with a pulling fan 80x80, a 30mm heatsink with fan 40x40.
and I am inclined to achieve a temperature below +50°C, up to the application of the Peltier element,
with the use of a the Peltier element less than +30°C, at maximum load MCU, here might need to use GPIO for DS18B20 and additional PWM.

It could be a nice proposal indeed.
The problem of peltier devices, is that they are Current driven.

I was looking at some on the web, and there are some with less current consumption, like 800mw.
But needs to be done carefully, because of the current driven, but I think it could be feasible, for some 10C less.
