I do have 30mm Pine heatsink directly mounted on SoC with Arctic thermal paste, and SBC vertically mounted.
After 10 minutes sbc-bench -T 70 in 1 terminal I get
Code:$ cat cpufreq-info|grep "current CPU"
cat: cpufreq-info: No such file or directory
chris@rpro64:~$ cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone{0,1}/temp

chris@rpro64:~$ cat /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0/pwm1

I guess when you say "heatsink trembling" in fact you are interested in how much, and how fast the fan is running? (This is for any other respondents - I do not have a fan!)
Hello dukla2000,
Thanks a lot for your Feed-back.
I also have a 30mm tall heatsink, and it works ok, if I don't push it up constantly.
Yes the ideia is checking with people that is using a fan,
their temps, vibration, etc.
Yes its for trying to adjust fanctl,
Mabe to max pwm at 58-59C(I tried with max at 55C, but it was 2 times worst than flying in a jet air plain ), so 58-59, is more noise acceptable, in this case the temps should be arroud 53-54, at full throtle..depending on what fan you have etc..
Some people use things that they have around getting dust, and so its difficult to fit all, but a common ground could been found.
Thanks a lot,
