Happy to oblige, but I do not have a fan, I am not running fanctl (and indeed do not have cpufreq installed)!
I do have 30mm Pine heatsink directly mounted on SoC with Arctic thermal paste, and SBC vertically mounted.
After 10 minutes sbc-bench -T 70 in 1 terminal I get
I guess when you say "heatsink trembling" in fact you are interested in how much, and how fast the fan is running? (This is for any other respondents - I do not have a fan!)
