@Trash_Can_Man: I tried recalbox. Less glitches, but far from perfect. And not because of the software (I know it's a beta).
@Luke: I tried the board with my 24" 1080p monitor at 60hz and with my 4k TV at 1080p 60hz.
I think the problem is in the hardware, not in the software.
