Huh, looks familiar...

There is a reason for that!  If you look a bit closer, you'll realise that that 'our' TL Lim is the founder of Cloud Media, and YC Yeoh is the general manager. Hence there will be a lot of R&D resources shared between the two companies, which are in essense just two different brands used for the different target markets. pine64 does the more developer-y stuff, where as cloud media is the more end user-y stuff.
