The boards from your firm are NOT on the Tier 1 support list. https://download.freebsd.org/ftp/release...AGES/11.1/ shows the 32 bit boards VS a "generic" arm64 iso. There is the not-updated-text (RaspBSD is a image of FreeBSD 11 - when the link shows it's FreeBSD 12) RaspBSD page that has a call out to the Pine64.
I have 2 of the Rock64's on order so I guess I'll be one of the few trying FreeBSD on this platform. Whenever they arrive.
The people running the podcast/youtube BSD Now program have their attempt at a thin client with TrueOS Pico but when asked about the Rock64 - there was no response.
The FreeBSD has not fully support on ARMv8 yet and not come as surprise that PINE A64 not in the Tier 1 support list. BTW, our FreeBSD contact person is Emmanuel Vadot and we have ship several PINE A64 boards and Pinebooks to FreeBSD developers that introduced by him. Looking forward on the your support to get FreeBSD on ROCK64.
Glad to know that BSD Now mentioned about ROCK64. I have asked and checked with marketing and sales team, there is no record on TrueOS Pico team has contact us. For sure, we have interest to collaborate with them and please assist to bridge up.
