If you run a 'sha256sum -b Android_eMMC_install.img.tar.gz.sha256' against the original file, and post the output (and do so in future please when posting large files, particularly images) we can see if the issue originates from the file, upload or something google is doing.
Did as explained mounted, deleted and renamed - total success!!!
