Problems with customs clearance!!!

Appeal:

1. Please, as soon as possible, inform all falks from Russia that no shipment via FedEx will reach the Recipient.
   

FINALLY: Dear citizens of Russian Federation! Shipment to Russia is not possible.
Dear Pine64 team, thank you very much for answer.
Citing from pine64 team e-mail letter:
"We are regret to inform you that Fedex has returning the Pinebook order to us due to the Russia custom issue and rejection. We are not able to re deliver you this order. Therefore, we will refund you the goods price soon.
Thank you."

hello,  shipment to Russia IS possible !  But, the shipment must be pre-approved PRIOR to release from factory... looks like someone may have dropped the ball on this order.

Russia custom in Moscow refuse to allow the Pinebook shipment even pre-approved paperwork have been filed. Due to the uncertainty situation, PINE64 no longer ship Pinebook to Russia.

tllim, please note that there _may_ be similar problems in other states with full EACU membership - Armenia (not listed in Pine shipping policy), Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as they all have similar customs rules and regulations.
Please recheck with their officials about customs clearance before shipping orders to those countries.

Thanks on the information. This all depends on the custom attitude, just like this time, all Pinebook to Moscow have been blocked but to Saint Petersburg are OK.
