It sounds like a good alternative to my 3.5 Amp micro-USB power supply, but this supply doesn't overheat or undervoltage for me.
Your supply is superb; the problem is the micro-usb connector; it does not handle the necessary current well ( typically )
I have not seen a 'manufactured' euler bus powered solution; and I don't expect to see it, frankly. Making the necessary adjustment to the power line is trivial ( solder a female jumper connector to both leads of the power line and plug them into the appropriate pins on the euler bus ).
