This is because the ffu file that you are using is broken. I think Tim would update a new image.
Sorry on the  broken ffu file, I have already reload the full 1.1GB ffu file to wiki server and please download again. Here is the link: http://files.pine64.org/os/win10-iot/Win...Pine64.ffu
