I can't see it either, so if it is there they did a good job of hiding it! I can tell you though that the jumper when in the DC5v position connects DC in and 5v on the euler bus together. When you are running just from the battery, it looks like the BAT position connects a booster circuit to the 5v pin to step up the 3.7 nominal voltage of the battery up to 5v for the 5v pin. I
When pine64 from a battery only (no usb lead plugged in / or not powered) that it doesn't matter where the jumper is... it will work even with the jumper removed. So it *looks* like the only purpose of the jumper is to either source 5v from the microUSB or DC in pins, or from a step up circuit when battery powered.
