After upgrading my PinePhone to Mobian 13, I noticed the loudspeaker and mute buttons during a call are not working and the file /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/PinePhone/VoiceCall.conf was removed (replaced by /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/Allwinner/A64/PinePhone/PinePhone.conf like mentioned on https://github.com/the-modem-distro/pine...#pinephone).
I found a workaround that was discussed on https://forum.manjaro.org/t/audio-profil...a28/129886.
In Phosh sound settings, we can enable the loudspeaker during a call by changing "Output" to "Internal speaker - Built-in Audio" and "Configuration" to "Make a phone call (Mic, Speaker)". It is also possible to mute the microphone.
After doing this, even the volume keys are working during a call!
I also had to use the original modem firmware because the custom modem firmware does not have echo cancellation:
